  5. Photographic Proof: Include clear photographs of the damaged or defective item when submitting the form. This helps us assess the issue accurately.

Process for Returns and Exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or damages. As we work with multiple suppliers, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for personal preferences, sizing issues, or other non-defective reasons.
